my favorite bloggers posted a recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes. I was a bit intimidated at first because it was a two-day process - but it was worth the wait! Then, I had a brilliant idea. Brownies and chocolate chip cookies are my all-time favorite dessert. So I decided to whip up a batch of brownies, and plop my cookie-dough in the middle. The outcome was the most glorious (and slightly sunken-in) dessert

Turns out, the sunken-in middle made for a the most perfect place for a dollop of coolwhip:

The cupcakes were good, but I think I found a keeper with this brownie-chocolate-chip-cookie mix:
